  • Tapxpress.com must be granted access to your products and materials for the purpose of promotion
  • You must ensure no product is out of stock
  • Ensure the products have warranty where necessary
  • You should also make sure to campaign to promote your products
  • Oversee your password and account and take responsibility for the activities

Here are some common questions about selling on Tapxpress

How do I sign up to become a vendor on Tapxpress?

STEP 1

  • Go to the homepage on the top right of your device.
  • Click on register
  • Input your email and create a password
  • Select apply to become a vendor
  • Read the terms and conditions and select agree if you agree
  • Scroll down and click on register

STEP 2

  • Fill the vendors application ranging from the store, payment, branding, social, policies, SEO
  • An email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm approval. if you were not approved or did not receive an email, Please contact support.

STEP 3

  • Then click on add products and upload details and pictures of products you wish to sell.

STEP 4

  • Happy selling!

How do I confirm if I am now a vendor on Tapxpress?

A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Can I change my business name on Tapxpress? & How?

Yes. Simply send an email to support@tapxpress.com seeking approval to change your business name. If Tapxpress confirms that sent this email, an approval email will be sent.

Then you can go the “become a vendor” on the menu bar and effect your changes. Please note that your old business name would still be visible when a buyer goes to your store. This is to ensure that no fraud of any type exists in Tapxpress.

Can I send my products to people outside Enugu?

No. This will be introduced into Tapxpress soon.

What are the fees charged for using Tapxpress?

Flat rate of 10% on selling price of each product sold.

Will I be charged for registration?

No

My store has been deleted, why?

When a vendor is in deficit for upto 3 months, the stores are deleted.

Can I register more than one business on Tapxpress?

Yes, on a condition that the business must have a different name, and a different email address. No two stores are allowed to have the same name.

If I want to close my store on Tapxpress what do I do?

Kindly send an email to support@tapxpress.com to apply for contract termination form.

I tried to re-register a previously deleted store but it keeps saying error, what do I do?

Please send an email to support@tapxpress.com for approval.

Can I change my business information on Tapxpress after I sign up? How?

Yes, you can review prices, pictures and business relocation. Go to become a vendor and effect these changes.
